Dress up or dress down with the Linen Wrap

For something that stems from wanting to create a wearable piece that puts comfort and low impact at the forefront of the design process, the Linen Wrap can be worn in myriad of ways.

We’ve made the Linen Wrap for women transitioning into the working world and those who have decades of experience under their belt. For new moms and those sending their children off to college. Women who’d wear it to work and then a casual dinner with friends. Here are some ideas on how you can dress up or dress down the Linen Wrap.

Adding your personality

From fun tassel necklaces, geometric pendants to vintage brooches, these small accessories can make a huge difference.

One thing both of us love to do is to pin our mom’s vintage brooch when we wear the Linen Wrap to weddings or formal gatherings like when we’re invited to be speakers.

Tip: Worried about the pinhole? Simply rub with your thumb gently and the weave will return to place.

Play with pairings

What you pair the Linen Wrap with sets the tone. You get to choose if you want it to be formal, casual or in between.

A long skirt complements the flow and structure, so much so that it’d look like an ensemble while a pair of pants highlights the Linen Wrap.

Our prints can harmonize with textures like pleats and patterns like stripes in subtle, pastel colours.

What goes underneath

Can you wear it over long-sleeves? How about collared blouses? Yes and yes.

The Linen Wrap community comprises of women with different needs and lifestyles. We’re always thrilled to find out the clever ways they put an outfit together.

And sometimes, underneath is a happy, breastfeeding baby.

To put on a belt or…not

Again, it all boils down to your own preference. If you want it to stay in place, a belt not only do just that but also transform the shape of the Linen Wrap.

From a quick, loosely fitted cover-up to an effortless, smart get-up. Then when the meeting’s over or it’s time to indulge your dinner, take the belt off and you’d still look put together.

One of the reasons we designed the Linen Wrap without a sash, much like a traditional kimono, is so that you can decide if it’s truly necessary. After all, comfort always comes first.

We hope you’re now inspired to explore the many ways you can wear the Linen Wrap.

Because it’s meant for you to wear for years and still feel like you’re wearing for the first time.
