WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT MODES?

We process all transactions preferably through PayPal. It's the most secure and you don't need to create an account to make payment using your debit or credit card. Alternatively, local customers may make a bank deposit.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Each product goes through care of cutting, hand-printing and sewing process at our studio in Singapore. 

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 weeks, depending on the product type, amount of pending orders or season. 

All orders are sewn to order unless stated as re-stocked pieces.

Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly. Good things take time and we assure you, it is always worth the wait. 

We ship through our local shipping provider Singpost and have all orders registered with tracking numbers. Expedited shipping is available upon email request. 

  • Local Shipping: 2-3 days transit time excluding Sundays/Public Holidays.
  • International Shipping: Up to 2 weeks transit time excluding Sundays/Public Holidays. 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. Please refer your tracking number to your nearest postal service if your package is delayed. Expect longer transit time during major local/international Holiday season.

The best way is to fill up the contact form here or email us at hello at fictivefingers dot com. Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know whether we are able to make the requested changes. 

 

HOW LONG CAN MY PRODUCT LAST?

We believe in making products that build on sustainability. All materials, from base cloths to inks and threads, that we use are of high quality and reflect our our aim to walk softly on the earth. We ensure our products are sustainably made and to last for as long as you want it to. That being said, it all depends on how you take care of them. Follow our care instructions here and shower them with the love they deserve.

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

We want you to love your Fictive Fingers piece and although we have yet to have customers returning their purchase, here's our simple Return/Exchange policy:

  • Returns/Exchange must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase
  • Returns/Exchange must be postmarked for return within 30 days of the original delivery to you
  • Before returning/exchanging a product, email us at hello at fictivefingers dot com

  • Sale items purchased at an additional discount using a discount code at checkout are final.

     

    WHO PAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL IMPORT TAXES?

    International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Fictive Fingers has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Fictive Fingers has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Fictive Fingers is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.
